Identify the many, often overlapping, changes occurring for you at this time
Acknowledge what is being lost and asked of you in this chapter
Understand your emotional reactivity as a stress response to these often unidentified and significant layers

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience supporting people through complex life transitions. My work with emotional reactivity, grief, caregiving, and midlife change is both professional and deeply personal.
As a midlife mother, I’ve lived the collision of roles, most acutely during my father’s illness and death from pancreatic cancer when my nervous system rarely felt at rest.
My coaching approach is steady, compassionate, and practical. This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating enough safety and steadiness to choose how you show up and to take a first step back toward yourself.
